If it is an emergency
If a carbon monoxide alarm or a fire alarm is sounding, or you smell gas, get everyone outside and call 911 first. We are a heating company, not a first responder. Once people are safe, call us and we will deal with the equipment.
For everything else — no heat in January, a furnace that will not light, a walk-in cooler climbing above temperature — our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM and emergency calls are answered 24/7. Answered by a person, at (360) 592-3824. What happens next depends on the fault and on where you are in the county; we will tell you honestly on the phone whether it is a tonight problem or a tomorrow-morning problem.
