Not sure whether you qualify?

Eligibility on these programs turns on details of your specific house: existing heat type, panel capacity, equipment model, household income, and who does the work. Tell us the address and what you have now and we will tell you which programs are actually in play.

Who files it, and how the money reaches you

You file it yourself. The paperwork is yours, and so is the deadline. We hand you the completed invoice with the install date, brand, model and amount already on it, because those are the fields the form asks for.

Three routes: an instant in-store discount at participating Lowe’s or Home Depot, an online claim through your PSE account, or a mailed PDF form. Whichever you use, the 30-day clock starts the day the water heater is installed — we hand you the paperwork with the invoice so the deadline does not pass unnoticed.

PSE requires a contractor inside its network

PSE pays this class of rebate only when the work is done by a Trade Ally or Recommended Energy Professional — DIY and out-of-network installations are excluded, however good the workmanship. Ask us to confirm network status for your specific project before you count on the money, and get the answer before you sign anything.

What it stacks with

Programs that can sit on top of this one, each with its own conditions.

Stacking is a claim about program terms, not arithmetic. We build totals from the programs that have confirmed they combine, and quote anything unconfirmed as a separate line so you are never counting on a number twice.

Yes — it stacks with Efficiency Boost (income-qualified multiplier). Stacking is only as good as the program terms in force on your install date, so treat a combined figure as a plan until each program confirms it.
