- Wi-Fi registered with the manufacturer, model on the PSE Qualified Product List
- No PSE smart-thermostat rebate at the same address in the past five years
- Purchase, install and connect by December 31, 2026; apply within 60 days of purchase

You file it yourself. The paperwork is yours, and so is the deadline. We hand you the completed invoice with the install date, brand, model and amount already on it, because those are the fields the form asks for.

PSE pays this class of rebate only when the work is done by a Trade Ally or Recommended Energy Professional — DIY and out-of-network installations are excluded, however good the workmanship. Ask us to confirm network status for your specific project before you count on the money, and get the answer before you sign anything.
